Concierge is a personalised service for teams with a minimum of 20 members that don’t have the time or human resources for self-organisation. Let us take care of your specific preferences and do the groundwork for you.
Concierge costs 49€ per team member and includes research, custom proposal and help with the booking & organisation of your team trip by our Retreat Specialists.

We’ll collect information about your needs and preferences. If required, we will contact you via email or phone to clarify further details.
Your custom proposal
We’ll do the research to prepare a personalised proposal including destination and accommodation suggestions and other details tailored around your specific requirements.
A call with your Retreat specialist
You’ll have a one to one call with your dedicated Retreat Specialist to discuss the proposal. This is the perfect chance to provide any feedback you may have, and from this, we can make revisions to perfect your proposal.
Booking and payment
Once you’re happy with your proposal, we can move onto securing and booking your accommodation.
Building the itinerary
During this step, we can help you organise onsite logistics, transfers, food and fun local activities.
Post-purchase support
Do you need to make any changes to your reservation? What about organising a flipchat rental? Or getting some tips for local cuisine? Just get in touch and we can offer ongoing guidance and advice for your trip.
