The concierge package costs 49€ per team member and includes research, custom proposal and help with the booking & organisation of your team trip by our Retreat Specialists.

STEP 1

Fill out the request form

We’ll collect information about your needs and preferences. If required, we will contact you via email or phone to clarify further details.

STEP 2

Your custom proposal

We’ll do the research to prepare a personalized proposal, including destination, accommodation, and meeting space suggestions, as well as other details tailored to your specific requirements.

STEP 3

A call with your Retreat specialist

You’ll have a one-on-one call with your dedicated Retreat Specialist to discuss the proposal. This is the perfect opportunity to provide any feedback, allowing us to make revisions and perfect your proposal.

STEP 4

Booking and payment

Once you’re happy with your proposal, we can move onto securing and booking your accommodation.

STEP 5

Building the itinerary

During this step, we help organize onsite logistics, transfers, meals, and engaging local activities. Looking for something specific or unique for your retreat? We are here to tailor our services to meet your unique needs!

STEP 6

Post-purchase support
