From one finca in Tenerife to team trips around the world

In 2017, Martin Studencan opened the first coliving space for teams in Tenerife – a traditional Spanish-style finca with a fully equipped office where teams could live, work and spend meaningful time together. After hosting thousands of team members, one thing became clear: finding the right venue was only the beginning. Organizers still had to piece together travel, meeting spaces, meals, on-site transportation, activities and countless other details.

That experience led to NextRetreat: a one-stop shop for company retreats and offsites, combining technology with first-hand hospitality experience and human support.

Today, NextRetreat helps companies plan and organize team trips around the world – on every continent except Antarctica.
